Kelowna Body Building Competition Part 2 - Vancouver BC Based Photographer

Last month I was in Kelowna for the weekend to shoot one of my oldest friends and a few others in 2011 BCABBA (British Columbia Amateur Bodybuilding Association). It was pretty fun to watch her get on stage knowing the dedication it took to get there.  There was a bit of everything from bodybuilding, to fitness and bikini.  I'm extremely shy when it comes to anything that puts me in front of any size of group so I give all the women and men who stood up there to be judged huge props.

When I was in Kelowna a few weeks ago to shoot a friend in a body building competition I was so happy to have some time to hang out with her two little girls. They're not too little anymore and in fact will probably be taller than me before they finish elementary school.

(I also love cats especially the ones that pose for me.)

I had a great long weekend and completely filled 56gb of memory cards. I will have lots of great posts in the coming week but I wanted to put up a quick preview for one my oldest friends who competed in a body building competition in Kelowna BC this past weekend. She came 1st in her category which I was so happy to be there to witness. I'm so proud of her for all her dedication and hard work in the gym.
