Northern Beaches - Australia - Vancouver BC Based Photographer

It was hard to leave my friends Lisa and Oliver behind in Melbourne knowing it would be awhile before we crossed paths again but I was looking forward to seeing Sydney as it had been 16 years since my last visit. The other bonus was I was going to get to stay with Lisa’s mother Magosia in Dee Why where I had spent a lot of time on my previous trip. We drove out to Avalon, then Whale Beach looking for my old cockroach ridden house and then to Palm Beach for a glass of champagne at The Boathouse. It was a great spot to enjoy the last light of the day.

The Return to Collage Collage - Vancouver BC Based Photographer

If you follow my blog you know back in January I hurt my knee while shooting at Collage Collage. I stepped weird and down I went so it was nice to return to one of my favorite places after so many months.

The birthday girl was incredibly sweet and the family so very welcoming which makes my job very easy.

Melbourne - Australia - Vancouver BC Based Photographer

My last day in Melbourne was very fun with my excellent tour guides treating me to lunch at Salix restaurant located at the beautiful Willow Creek Vineyard and then a walk on Merricks Beach. First that day started with a walk with my favorite Aussie dog Molly which allowed me to capture the local scenery.

Pemberton Family Portraits - Vancouver BC Based Photographer

I love doing portrait sessions outside of Vancouver so when I got a call for a shoot up in Pemberton I was more than happy to do the drive. I love the mountains and it gave me an excuse to spend the night with some close friends. It was a pleasure shooting this family who made me feel so welcome in their home.
