It has been over 10 years since I moved from Whistler and one of my first jobs in Vancouver was for a family run company named Danica Imports. I had zero office experience or computer skills but they hired me on the recommendation of my former employer in Whistler. The five years I spent there I learned so much and it forever tied me to the families that ran the company. Last weekend the youngest daughter of the company's president got married in the families backyard in Shaughnessy. We got to know each other over the years I spent at Danica so I was thrilled when she asked me to shoot her wedding. It was a beautiful mix of cultures and religions.
